Graduate Admission Process – Symbiosis International University Dubai

Step 1: Application Submission

To begin your application, upload the following available documents:

• Academic Records: Bachelor's completion certificate/provisional certificate and all semester transcripts
• English Proficiency: TOEFL/IELTS Score of 6.0 or higher, or an equivalent (For candidates completing their qualifying degree in non-English)
• Personal Statement/Statement of Purpose
• CV (if you have work experience)
• Passport Copy
• Photograph

✅ Once your application is submitted, our Admissions Team will contact you.

Step 2: Application Review & Conditional Offer

• The Admissions Team will review your application and documents.
• If you are meeting the eligibility criteria you will have to go through an interview process with the academic team.
• Once you clear the interview, you will receive a Conditional Offer Letter and a Conditional Scholarship Letter based on the bachelor's result .

Step 3: Offer Acceptance & Fee Payment

To confirm your acceptance, you must:

• Pay a non-refundable application fee of AED 250+ 10% of the annual tuition fees (before the scholarship).

Step 4: Provisional Admission Confirmation

• Once the payment is received, you will be considered "Provisionally Admitted" to Symbiosis International University, Dubai.
• The Finance Office will issue a payment receipt and invoice.

Step 5: Final Admission confirmation letter

Final Admission Confirmation Letter will be issued:

• Once the first installment of payment, Visa fees (in case of International Student) and Caution deposit are paid per the invoice shared by the Finance Office.
• Submit all the documents mentioned on your Conditional Offer Letter and produce all the original documents as proof to the Registrar on the first day of orientation.
